1. At That’s so fetch we only train using science-backed, humane, reward-based positive methods. We do not use any practices that include pain, fear or avoidance and we will not tolerate the use of any aversive equipment.
2. That’s so fetch cannot accept any personal responsibility for loss, damage, injury to dog, person or property.
3. We require payment via BACs before the session/packages begin.  
4. If you need to cancel a booking we require 48 hours notice otherwise you will have to forfeit the fee for that session.
5. Once you have started a training plan with us we will not be able to refund you. 
6. All individual consultations and packages must be booked within six months of payment otherwise they will expire. 
7. It is your responsibility to book in any sessions with us that you have paid for before they expire. 
8. On the rare occasion that we have to cancel your session we will give you as much notice as we can and fit you into our next available slot. 
9. By booking a session with us at That’s so fetch you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions above.
